探究现代计算机网络信息安全的重要性及防范措施

摘要：在“技术+产业+业态+模式”代表性的“新四经济”的发展过程中，给曲阜某学院带来了一定的利好，同时新类型网络犯罪慢慢显现，这里面主要有网络类型的诈骗、借助网络去开展黄赌毒、暗网、违法类虚拟货币等。新类型的网络类安全的风险很多都是“丰富多彩”、潜匿化、反复杂乱化、信息智囊化的表现，打击起来比较难。面对新的危害，为了预防和保障老师和学生们的网络安全曲阜该学院一来该偏重前沿科技，二来该汲取法律、教育、社会动员等综合方面的监管力量，还把安全风险中的数据放在了重要的位置，借助科技和措施双配合去保护好校园大数据安全性和隐私维护，再就是积极更换新的防御安全体系，打牢学校基础设施的构建。在做好网络安全服务基础上，加强校园网络安全等级预防和保护2.0 时代的发展特性，网络安全发展过程当中的支柱作用。

Abstract：In the process of the development of "new four economy", which is representative of "technology + industry + business form + model", it has brought certain benefits to a college in Qufu. At the same time, new types of network crimes slowly appear, which mainly include network types of fraud, with the help of the network to carry out gambling and drugs, dark net, illegal virtual currency and so on. Many of the risks of new types of network security are "rich and colorful", hidden, repeated and chaotic, and the performance of information intelligence, which is difficult to fight. In the face of new hazards, in order to prevent and protect the network security of teachers and students, the college should first attach importance to cutting-edge technology, second, it should draw on the supervision power of law, education, social mobilization and other comprehensive aspects, and also put the data in the security risk in an important position, with the help of technology and measures to protect the security and privacy maintenance of campus big data. Moreover, the new defense security system is actively replaced, and the construction of school infrastructure is strengthened. On the basis of doing a good job in network security services, strengthen the development characteristics of campus network security level prevention and protection 2.0 era, and play a pillar role in the development process of network security.
