基于故障树与灰色关联分析的集装箱火灾风险评估及防火策略研究

摘要:随着全球贸易的快速发展,集装箱运输在货物运输体系中的地位愈发关键。然而,集装箱火灾事故频发,对生命财产和环境造成了严重威胁。本文运用故障树分析法(FTA)与灰色关联分析(GRA)相结合的方法,对集装箱火灾风险进行深入评估。通过构建故障树模型,找出导致火灾发生的关键因素,再利用灰色关联分析量化各因素的影响程度,进而提出针对性强的防火策略,为集装箱运输行业的消防安全管理提供科学依据,有效降低火灾风险。

Abstract: With the rapid development of global trade, container transportation plays an increasingly critical role in the cargo transportation system. Nevertheless, frequent container fire accidents pose severe threats to lives, property and the environment. This paper adopts the integrated method of Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) and Grey Relational Analysis (GRA) to conduct an in-depth assessment of container fire risks. The key factors causing fires are identified through the construction of a fault tree model, and Grey Relational Analysis is then applied to quantify the impact degree of each factor. Furthermore, targeted fire prevention strategies are put forward, which provide a scientific basis for fire safety management in the container transportation industry and effectively mitigate fire risks.
