摘要:工业盐作为“化学工业之母”,其纯度直接关系到下游产品的质量、生产设备的稳定运行以及生产过程的效率。硫酸根离子(SO42? )作为工业盐中最常见且影响显著的杂质离子之一,其含量是评价工业盐品质等级的关键指标。本文旨在深入探讨不同硫酸根离子检测方法(包括传统的重量法、滴定法以及现代的分光光度法、离子色谱法等)的原理与特点,并系统分析这些检测方法的精确度、灵敏度、操作效率及其适用场景对工业盐生产过程中质量控制所产生的深远影响。文章认为,选择并优化合适的SO42? 检测方法,是实现工业盐产品从原料入厂、生产过程监控到成品出厂全链条精准质量控制的核心环节,对于提升产品质量、降低生产成本、满足高端市场需求具有决定性意义。在现行工业盐产品标准GB/T 5462 的框架下,硫酸根的检测依据GB/T 13025.8 标准中规定的滴定法(EDTA络合滴定法)执行,该方法在工业盐质量控制中具有重要地位。 关健词:硫酸根离子;工业盐;质量控制;检测方法;EDTA 络合滴定法;GB/T 5462;GB/T 13025.8

The Influence of Sulfate Ion Detection Method on the Quality Control of Industrial Salt |

Abstract: As the "mother of chemical industries", industrial salt's purity directly determines the quality of downstream products,the stable operation of production equipment, and production efficiency. Sulfate ions (SO42? ), being one of the most commonand significant impurities in industrial salt, serve as a critical quality indicator. This paper explores the principles andcharacteristics of various sulfate detection methods—including traditional gravimetric and titration methods, as well as moderntechniques like spectrophotometry and ion chromatography—and systematically analyzes their accuracy, sensitivity, operationalefficiency, and application scenarios in quality control during industrial salt production. The study emphasizes that selecting andoptimizing sulfate detection methods is crucial for achieving precise quality control throughout the entire industrial saltproduction chain—from raw material intake and process monitoring to final product release. This approach plays a decisive rolein enhancing product quality, reducing production costs, and meeting high-end market demands. Under the current GB/T 5462standard for industrial salt products, sulfate detection follows the titration method (EDTA complex titration) specified in GB/T13025.8, which remains a cornerstone of industrial salt quality control.
