Abstract: Control valves are widely used in industrial automation systems. This article conducts an in-depth analysis of common faults in practical applications of control valves, discussing their working principles, classifications,fault phenomena,and causes, and proposes corresponding solutions. Furthermore, it provides an outlook on the future development trends ofcontrol valves, aiming to offer theoretical foundations and practical guidance for improving the operational reliability and performance optimization of control valves.
