人工智能背景下数据知识产权的价值评估与管理

摘要：在人类对人工智能迅猛发展的当下，在数据成为引发新一轮新质生产力下的主要来源。当前数据在人工智能背景下对知识产权的价值该如何计算，又该如何管理是个巨大挑战和机遇。研究了该方面人工智能背景下数据对其知识产权内价值衡量和管理问题的探究。发现对于这些人工智能下知识产权评价所要解决的关键问题以及如今最新颖的技术手段，提出一种更加全面综合的合理评价方案，让当前数据资产得到更好的使用与发展，从而提高效益和鼓励共享行为更好地开展，为数据资源市场良性健康发展提供一个更加有秩序、公开、公平地分享及营运大环境。

Valuation and Management of Data Intellectual Property under the Background of Artificial Intelligence

Abstract: In the era of rapid AI development, data has emerged as the primary driver of new productive forces. The currentchallenge lies in determining how to value and manage intellectual property within AI-driven contexts. This study investigatesdata-related intellectual property valuation and management in artificial intelligence environments. By identifying key issues inAI-assisted IP evaluation and exploring cutting-edge technological solutions, we propose a comprehensive framework tooptimize data asset utilization. This approach enhances efficiency, promotes collaborative sharing, and establishes a structured,transparent, and equitable ecosystem for data resource market operations.
