浅谈隐藏式门把手钣金件尺寸管控的重要性

摘要：在汽车造型快速发展的今天，造型设计师结合客户对整车外观的品质要求，突破了传统设计观念在乘用车上使用了经典的隐藏式门把手。隐藏式门把手是整车科技感的一种体现，同时也能降低汽车行驶过程中的风阻，是时下最受欢迎的一种设计。在受欢迎的同时，大众对隐藏式门把手的感知质量也在逐步提升，尤其关注门把手整体的匹配状态。这就给门把手的匹配及结构提出了更高的要求，从整车匹配尺寸链分析，制造过程中影响门把手的装配的因素众多。因此，若想要提高隐藏式门把手的匹配，在设计时期我们应当加强对门把手尺寸链长度的管控，在制造环节我们应当减少各个环节尺寸的波动，提高隐藏式门把手的匹配质量。

Abstract：Today, with the rapid development of automobile modeling, designers break through the traditional design concept and use hidden door handles in passenger cars according to the quality requirements of the whole vehicle appearance. Hidden door handle is an embodiment of the vehicle's sense of science and technology, but also to reduce wind resistance, is the most popular design. At the same time, the public's hidden door handle perception quality is also gradually improving, especially paying attention to the overall matching state of the door handle. This puts forward higher requirements for the matching of door handles. From the analysis of matching size chain, there are many factors affecting the assembly of door handles in the manufacturing process. Therefore, if you want to improve the matching of hidden door handles, in the design period we should strengthen the control of the size chain length of door handles, in the manufacturing link we should reduce the size fluctuation of each link, improve the matching quality of hidden door handles.
