| 摘要：本文以盐城市射阳县为例，探讨该区域数字经济发展的现状和特点，以及数字经济发展如何推动传统产业转型升级。我们强调数字经济在县级经济发展中的重要性和潜力，并探讨利用数字工具为地方经济赋能的途径。研究表明，射阳县通过加强数字基础设施建设，深化数字技术与传统领域的融合，推动电子商务和数字经济的新商业模式，有效地优化经济结构，实现产业升级。此外，本文还针对射阳县数字经济发展面临的一些问题进行了解答，并提出相应的政策建议和未来发展方向，为其期望利用数字经济发展的县提供有益的参考。 |

| Exploring the Development Path of Digital Economy Empowering County Economy-Taking Sheyang County in Yancheng City as an Example |

| Abstract：This article takes Sheyang County in Yancheng City as an example to explore the current situation and characteristics of digital economy development in the region, as well as how digital economy development can promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries. We emphasize the importance and potential of the digital economy in the development of county-level economies, and explore ways to empower local economies through the use of digital tools. Research has shown that Sheyang County has effectively optimized its economic structure and achieved industrial upgrading by strengthening digital infrastructure construction, deepening the integration of digital technology and traditional fields, promoting new business models of e-commerce and digital economy. In addition, this article also provides answers to some of the problems faced by the digital economy development in Sheyang County, and puts forward corresponding policy recommendations and future development directions, providing useful references for counties that expect to utilize digital economy development. |
