| 摘要：随着数字技术的飞速发展，信息技术在医疗领域的深度融合已成为推动医疗服务升级、提升诊疗效率的核心动力。本文聚焦医院信息技术的科学研究与技术创新，首先梳理了医院信息技术的研究范畴与创新内涵，分析了电子病历系统、人工智能辅助诊断、物联网医疗设备等关键技术的应用现状；其次，结合实际案例探讨了当前医院信息技术在数据安全、跨院协同、技术落地等方面面临的挑战；最后，从基础研究强化、产学研协同、政策保障等维度提出了促进医院信息技术创新发展的实践路径，为构建智慧医疗体系提供理论参考。 |

| Abstract：With the rapid development of digital technology, the deep integration of information technology in the medical field has become a core driving force for promoting the upgrading of medical services and improving diagnosis and treatment efficiency. This paper focuses on the scientific research and technological innovation of hospital information technology. Firstly, it sorts out the research scope and innovative connotation of hospital information technology, and analyzes the application status of key technologies such as electronic medical record systems, artificial intelligence-assisted diagnosis, and IoT medical devices. Secondly, combined with practical cases, it discusses the current challenges of hospital information technology in data security, cross-hospital collaboration, and technology implementation. Finally, it proposes practical paths to promote the innovative development of hospital information technology from the dimensions of strengthening basic research, industry-university-research collaboration, and policy guarantees, providing theoretical references for building a smart medical system. |
