| 摘要:中国老龄化加剧使老年人心理问题凸显,园艺疗法虽有效但评估存在周期长、主观性强、数据碎片化等问题。本研究构建 AI 辅助动态评估体系,整合多理论设计“情绪 - 社交”二维指标,开发适老化工具与三级预警机制,经 12 周准实验验证,实验组在情绪、社交指标改善、干预效率及课程参与率上均优于对照组。该体系突破传统局限,为老年园艺疗法精准化发展提供支持。 |

| Abstract:The accelerating aging population in China has brought increased attention to the psychological issues faced by the elderly.While horticultural therapy has proven effective, its evaluation is hindered by lengthy assessment cycles, high subjectivity, and fragmented data. This study establishes an AI-assisted dynamic evaluation system that integrates multiple theoretical frameworks to design a two-dimensional "emotional-social" indicator model. It also develops age-friendly tools and a three-level early warning mechanism. A 12-week quasi-experimental study demonstrated that the experimental group showed greater improvements in emotional and social indicators, intervention efficiency, and course participation rates compared to the control group. This system overcomes traditional limitations and provides strong support for the precise development of horticultural therapy for the elderly. |
