压缩空气储能电站从基建至安装阶段的安全管理剖析

摘要:本研究针对压缩空气储能电站建设过程中由基建期向安装期过渡阶段QHSE(质量、健康、安全、环境)管理面临的挑战,并提出一系列针对性优化策略。通过强化交接管理、统一标准体系、实施动态风险管控、推进环境协同治理以及加强数字化赋能等措施,提升项目安全管理水平,保障项目顺利推进,为同类储能电站建设提供实践参考。

Safety management analysis of compressed air energy storage power station from infrastructure to installation stage

Abstract:This study focuses on the challenges associated with QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) management during the transition from the infrastructure construction phase to the installation phase in compressed air energy storage power station projects. A series of targeted optimization strategies are proposed to address these challenges, including enhanced handover management, standardized system integration, dynamic risk assessment and control, collaborative environmental governance, and digital transformation initiatives. These measures aim to elevate safety management standards, ensure seamless project execution, and offer practical insights for the development of similar energy storage facilities. By systematically addressing critical transitional risks and leveraging technological advancements, this research contributes to improving operational efficiency and sustainability in large-scale energy storage infrastructure projects.
